Project/Challenge/Tasks:
- Maintain and enhance our complex Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environment
- Evaluate, plan, and architect the onboarding of new workloads onto the platform
- Architect solutions for integrating new workloads onto the AKS platform
- Impact critical retail system infrastructure, including e-commerce and point-of-sale systems
- Manage 23 clusters, including 12 in production
- Work with AKS/K8s and supporting technologies like LinkerD, Traefik ingress, Prometheus, Grafana, Azure infrastructure, and Velero backups

Requirements/Expectations:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in running and monitoring Kubernetes in AKS
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) with TypeScript and/or C# using Pulumi
- Strong security mindset and ability to implement and enforce security best practices
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges, projects, and problem-solving
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills

LOKALITA: 100% remote, with occasional meet-ups at HQ
